Precise care for the ear, nose, throat, and beyond
Our Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery Department provides specialist diagnosis and treatment across one of medicine's most anatomically complex and clinically diverse fields. From common conditions affecting everyday quality of life to advanced surgical cases requiring subspecialist precision, our team is equipped to manage the full clinical spectrum.
What We Treat
Our department manages chronic sinusitis and nasal polyposis, deviated nasal septum, allergic rhinitis, otitis media and chronic ear disease, hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo and balance disorders, snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea, tonsil and adenoid disease, salivary gland conditions, voice disorders, facial nerve pathology, and benign and malignant tumours of the head and neck region.
Pediatric ENT conditions are managed with equal expertise and appropriate clinical sensitivity.
Surgical Capability
Our surgeons perform a broad and technically demanding range of procedures, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy, septoplasty and rhinoplasty, adenotonsillectomy, microlaryngoscopy, Sialendoscopy, parotid and submandibular gland surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and oncological resections of the head and neck with reconstructive capability where indicated.
Minimally invasive and endoscopic approaches are used wherever clinically appropriate to support faster recovery and optimal outcomes.
Hearing and Balance Services
Our department works in close integration with our Audiology and Newborn Hearing Reference Center, providing a seamless clinical pathway for patients with hearing loss, chronic ear disease, and vestibular disorders.
Surgical and non-surgical management options are evaluated together, ensuring each patient receives a treatment plan tailored to their specific condition and circumstances.
Head and Neck Oncology
Malignancies of the head and neck require a coordinated oncological approach that balances effective treatment with the preservation of function and form.
Our ENT and head and neck surgeons collaborate closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and reconstructive specialists through our multidisciplinary tumour board, ensuring that every oncological case is planned and executed with the full weight of institutional expertise.
