Appointment-Based Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Our Appointment-Based Pediatric Outpatient Clinic is located on the 5th floor of Block C. As with all areas of our hospital, the clinic has been designed in accordance with JCI standards, with patient safety and satisfaction at the forefront, by an award-winning architectural team specializing in healthcare design.
The Pediatric Outpatient Clinic is one of the most colorful and child-friendly areas of our hospital. It features a dedicated play area, child-friendly wall decorations, comfortable waiting areas for parents, and breastfeeding and diaper-changing rooms. The clinic has been thoughtfully designed to address the needs of both children and their parents, helping create a comfortable and reassuring healthcare experience.
Our clinic operates on an appointment basis, with each appointment scheduled for 30 minutes. Appointments can be made through our call center or at the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic reception desk.
Social Pediatrics
Our Social Pediatrics Unit provides comprehensive services for the routine monitoring and care of children, including general pediatric check-ups, follow-up of premature infants and newborns, newborn hearing screening, heel-prick screening tests, and vaccinations.
When indicated during newborn check-ups, breastfeeding education and support are provided by our lactation consultants. When necessary, prompt communication and coordination can be established with the Neonatal Unit, as well as other medical departments and clinical services, to ensure timely and comprehensive care.
Walk-In Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Our Walk-In Pediatric Outpatient Clinic at Güven Hospital provides pediatric healthcare services from 08:00 to 24:00 at the newly established Pediatric Outpatient Clinic located on the ground floor.
For pediatric patients presenting after 24:00, initial admission and clinical assessment are carried out in our Emergency Department. Depending on the patient's clinical condition and individual needs, a consultation with the on-call or on-duty pediatrician is requested, and the necessary diagnostic investigations and treatment plan are determined accordingly.
Patients presenting to either of our pediatric outpatient clinics who require hospital observation, prolonged treatment, or ongoing monitoring can receive inpatient care in the inpatient unit and observation rooms located on the same floor as our Appointment-Based Pediatric Outpatient Clinic.
Pediatrics at Güven Çayyolu Healthy Living Campus
Our Pediatrics Department at Güven Çayyolu Healthy Living Campus provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for childhood diseases and health conditions through our experienced team of specialist physicians.
The department is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 23:00, Saturdays from 08:00 to 18:00, and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.
